Holiday Customer Service and Support Hours

We are here to help whether you have a question, want to place an order, or just need help picking out the perfect Holiday Gift or Favor!

We are available by phone from Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to Midnight E.S.T. and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. E.S.T.

Our customer service office will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day but you can still reach us by email even though we are closed at Info@CandlesAndSuch.com

Our online store will be open and accepting orders 24/7 during the Holidays.

Holiday Warehouse Shipping Schedule

  • Order (non personalized items) by 12 noon EST December 15th and Choose Standard Ground Delivery and your package should arrive by December 23rd (earlier depending upon where you live).
  • Order (non personalized items) by 12 noon EST December 18th and Choose 2nd Day Air Delivery and your package should arrive on December 24th.
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico if you order after December 7th.
Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, USPS or FED EX.

In observance of the Christmas holiday, our warehouse will be closed December 24th thru January 3rd, to give our employees a well-deserved time of rest and enjoyment with their families.
Our warehouse will re-open Monday, January 4, at 8:00 a.m. to resume shipping business as normal.

Our website will still be accepting orders and our Customer Service Staff will still be open during this time. Orders will just not be shipping out of our warehouse from December 24th - January 3rd

Personalized Items can take 3-10 business days to process BEFORE they ship.
Processing time does not include Transit Time. Please keep this in mind when ordering your gifts. RUSH service may be available, call us at 1.800.516.1589 if you are concerned about received your order in time for your event.

UPS will be observing the following Holidays:

11/26/09 - Thanksgiving Day: Closed - no deliveries
11/27/09 - The Day After Thanksgiving: Air Deliveries Only
12/24/09 - Christmas Eve: Ground and Air Deliveries
12/25/09 - Christmas Day: Closed - no deliveries
12/31/09 - New Year's Eve: Air Deliveries Only
01/01/10 - New Year's Day: Closed - no deliveries
Transit time does not include holidays or weekends.
