Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via our secure website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Shipping Charges

We ship most orders within the United States via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Services.

Please note that transit time does not include processing time in our warehouse.

The table below is for shipping within the United States only. Scroll down for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and International shipping information.

YES we ship International. Please see our International Shipping Policies for details.

Shipping fees do not include Custom Fees, Duties, Brokerage Fees or any Taxes that may be due upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for packages held up in Customs. Please allow plenty of time before your event to order your items.

We suggest you have your order delivered where someone will be able to sign for the package. If you will not be home you can always have your order shipped to your work place. We are not responsible for lost packages.

UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, please be sure to enter your physical address during checkout.
Some products may ship via FED EX, or UPS Mail Innovations, the shipping charges are the same.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from when the order was placed. Actual shipping time is 3-7 business days for UPS Ground depending on your location. In the event you require a rush order, we offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air as a shipping option. Remember you item will still take 2-5 days to process before it ships. If you have any concerns about receiving your order in time please call us at 1-800-516-1589.

Please allow at least 5 business days for all Personalized Products, and at least 5 business days for them to ship. If you need to rush a personalized item, just give us a call at 1-800-516-1589 to make special arrangements.

Personalized Tags and Labels

Many of our products are available with Personalized Tags or Labels. If you need to order extra tags or labels you can find them in our Personalized Tags and Labels section. If you are having trouble finding the exact label give us a call at 1-800-516-1589 and we will help you with your extra tags to ensure you get an exact match.

Samples

If you would like to order a sample, just place one item in your cart and check out as usual. Due to the high demand of samples, we do not provide free samples. Once you receive your sample and you are ready to order more just let us know!

Back Ordered Products

If an item is on Back Order it will not ship until it is back in stock. Back Ordered items are still available to order. In fact, we recommend that your order to reserve your Favors. Just please be aware of the expected ship date. If you need your items within 5 days of the expected ship date we recommend you choose UPS Next Day Air as your shipping option. Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sales Tax

All residents of Colorado will be charged Colorado State Tax.

Returns or Replacements

If you are not absolutely satisfied with any non-personalized product you purchased from us, simply contact us for a return authorization within 30 days and return the item for a refund or replacement less shipping charges.

All personalized products and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable.

If you need to return something, please call us at 1-800-516-1589 or email us at info@candlesandsuch.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the value of the merchandise less original shipping charges.

Customers will be responsible for any freight charges associated with the original order as well as the return shipping and those charges are non-refundable.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

Special orders and personalized orders cannot be returned.
