Returns or Replacements
If you are not absolutely satisfied with any non-personalized product you purchased from us, simply contact us for a return authorization within 30 days and return the item for a refund or replacement less shipping charges.
All personalized products and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable.
If you need to return something, please call us at 1-800-516-1589 or email us at info@candlesandsuch.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the value of the merchandise less original shipping charges.
Customers will be responsible for any freight charges associated with the original order as well as the return shipping and those charges are non-refundable.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
Special orders and personalized orders cannot be returned.
