Shipping Charges and Methods

We ship most orders within the United States via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Services.

Please note that transit time does not include processing time in our warehouse.

UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, please be sure to enter your physical address during checkout.
Some products may ship via FED EX, or UPS Mail Innovations, the shipping charges are the same.


Our Shipping Charges are based on ACTUAL UPS RATES. We do not charge any extra handling fees. The Shipping Charges are based on the item's weight and the destination zip code.

Calculate your Shipping Charges with our Shipping Calculator in our Shopping Cart. Just input your zip (postal code), state, select your desired Shipping Method and hit apply button.

We suggest you have your order delivered where someone will be able to sign for the package. If you will not be home you can always have your order shipped to your work place. We are not responsible for lost packages.

We only ship via Ground to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Please note the "Bill To" address entered in checkout must match the billing address and zip code on the credit card you use. If this information does not match your order will NOT BE PROCESSED until we can confirm your billing address and zip code.

Canada
Orders shipping to Canada ship UPS Standard to Canada. Calculate your Shipping Charges with our Shipping Calculator in our Shopping Cart. Just input your zip (postal code), state, select UPS Standard to Canada and hit apply button.
Shipping fees do not include Custom Fees, Duties, Brokerage Fees or any Taxes that may be due upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for packages held up in Customs. Please allow plenty of time before your event to order your items.

Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico ship UPS Ground only. Calculate your Shipping Charges with our Shipping Calculator in our Shopping Cart. Just input your zip (postal code), state, select UPS Ground and hit apply button.

International Orders

Holiday Shipping Schedule and Closures

Our customer service office will be closed December 23rd, December 24th, and December 25th. We will also be closed on December 31st, and January 1st. You can still reach us by email even though we are closed at Info@CandlesAndSuch.com

Our online store will be open and accepting orders 24/7 during the Holidays.

The last day for shipping to guarantee delivery with UPS by December 23rd is Thursday December 15th. Your order will have to placed prior to 5pm EST on December 15th. We strongly suggest you upgrade shipping to 3 day air or 2nd day air. If your item is personalized you may need to add a rush processing fee. UPS has longer than normal ground transit times in December so we cannot be responsible if you do not select a guaranteed shipping method. (Ground is not a guaranteed shipping method). Please contact us with any questions about delivery).

We are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, or any International address if you order after December 3rd.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, USPS or FED EX.

In observance of the Christmas holiday, our warehouse will be closed December 22nd thru January 2nd, to give our employees a well-deserved time of rest and enjoyment with their families. Our warehouse will re-open Monday, January 3, at 8:00 a.m. to resume shipping business as normal. Please note: Orders will not ship until after our warehouse staff returns on January 3rd.

Our website will still be accepting orders and our Customer Service Staff will still be open during this time. Orders will just not be shipping out of our warehouse from December 24th - January 3rd

Personalized Items can take 3-10 business days to process BEFORE they ship. Processing time does not include Transit Time. Please keep this in mind when ordering your gifts.

Normal pickup and delivery service for air, international and ground packages. UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered Friday, Dec. 23. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered Tuesday, Dec. 27

Friday, Dec. 23
Normal pickup and delivery service for air, international and ground packages. UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered Tuesday, Dec. 27. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered Wednesday, Dec. 28.

Saturday, Dec. 24
Delivery of UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery.

Sunday, Dec. 25
Closed-no deliveries

**Please Note: UPS air shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 12 and Dec. 24.
